ETA & VAT Automation

VAT automation for Egyptian accounting firms: from the tax authority's e-invoices to an accountant-approved SAP draft.

A firm serving dozens of companies repeats the same manual steps every month, and one wrong figure ends up in a government filing. rashid-mg turns that monthly cycle into a governed, reviewable pipeline.

What you get

E-invoices pulled from the tax authority

Invoices are downloaded straight from the e-invoicing system, so nobody exports and renames files by hand.

VAT from the invoice’s own lines

Each invoice is split into 14%, 10%, exempt or mixed from its own detail lines. Nothing is estimated from totals, and an invoice with no detail lines stops the run with a clear message.

Accountant review before anything moves

Anomalies appear as warnings before approval. Nothing is uploaded until an accountant decides, and an approved batch becomes a SAP draft.

Scheduled runs and a full audit trail

Runs can be scheduled or started manually, every decision is recorded, and a period with no documents is saved as a verified result, not a failure.

See it in action

The case study walks through the problem, the decisions behind it and the operations screens. All data shown is demo data.

rashid-mg is delivered as a licensed installation for each firm.
